Our Process
We are transparent and aim to close deals as quickly as possible to respect your time and ours.
Overall process can take 6 - 12 weeks depending on company and transaction complexity.
With just our Founder & Partner, Nick Rowe, leading the process, we move nimbly and respond to your needs. We do not have formalized boards nor committees.
We welcome introduction calls from both business owners and intermediaries to see whether there might be a potential partnership opportunity.
